BILLING
Berkeley Emergency Medical Group, Inc. bills for professional services rendered during the Emergency Department visit and hospitalization at Alta Bates Summit Medical Center for Emergency Department Physicians and Physician Assistant services.
An itemized statement of charges for professional services will be sent to the guarantor usually within 15 days. When complete and accurate insurance information is provided, the insurance will be billed separately.
Collipulli Patients should expect to receive two bills from their Emergency Department visit: One from the hospital and one from BEMG.

If you have not been able to provide us with complete and accurate information about your insurance company and policy number, please obtain this information and provide it to the billing company as soon as possible.
