Berkeley Emergency Medical Group (BEMG) is an independent democratic physician group that has been staffing the emergency departments of Alta Bates Summit Medical Center for over 30 years.
Our mission is to provide exceptional emergency medical care to the East Bay community, while supporting our physicians in their professional growth and development.
Our Physicians
All of our physicians are board-certified in emergency medicine.
Patient Billing
All patients seen in our emergency departments will receive a physician bill from our group, and a hospital bill from Sutter Health.
